Welcome to Sinne daycare and play-and-learn group Maria Louise, located at Transvaalstraat 73 in Leeuwarden. We are part of Sinne Kinderopvang B.V. and, together with Koningin Wilhelminaschool Transvaal, have provided integrated childcare and education under one roof since 11 January 2023. Our site hosts two daycare groups for children aged 0–4 and a play-and-learn group for toddlers aged 2–4. Every day we create a safe, secure environment where up to 48 children can play, explore and grow. Our work is guided by three core values: Safety, Personal Development and Connection. Each child is challenged to further develop their own talents. Our professional staff offer a rich variety of activities: we sing and make music, do arts and crafts, read aloud in our cosy book corner and regularly explore our nature garden. We also provide pre-school education (VE), allowing children to practise language and numeracy skills through play and arrive at primary school well prepared. For the very youngest we provide bottle feeding, fresh fruit and healthy snacks. Separate sleeping rooms with cots allow us to follow each child’s individual sleep rhythm. Nappies, wipes and care products are provided; you only need to bring spare clothes. If your child has allergies or special dietary needs we will gladly adapt the menu in consultation with you. Parents stay in touch through our app and receive daily photos and reports so you never miss a moment of your child’s development. We use horizontal grouping: babies and toddlers are cared for separately from the preschoolers, enabling us to tailor activities and care precisely to your child’s age and developmental stage.
