Sinne after-school care Alexia is located at Idzerdastins 61 in Leeuwarden and is part of the Integral Child Centre (IKC) Alexia. The BSO is housed in the same building as the primary school and offers care for up to 48 children aged 4 to 13. For children in the lower grades (groups 1 to 4), after-school care takes place within the school building itself. Children in the middle and upper grades (groups 5 to 8) walk to the adjacent Sinne building after school, where the BSO for these age groups is located. The location works closely with IKC Alexia, a Christian primary school under the PCBO Leeuwarden foundation. The BSO aligns with school hours and offers care on fixed days and times. There is a clear handover between school and BSO, with pedagogical staff and teachers collaborating to monitor each child’s development. Parents can stay informed about all activities and developments through Social Schools and the monthly newsletter.
