Welcome to Singeltuin, our after-school care located on the grounds of primary school De Singel at Burgemeester Prinsensingel 87 in the centre of Roosendaal. As part of Kober childcare, we provide after-school care on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14.45 to 18.30 and before-school care from 07.30 to 08.35. We are closed on Wednesday and Friday. Every afternoon at Singeltuin is an adventure. We use DoenKids, a rich activity database, so no two days are the same. Still, each child enjoys a familiar rhythm: time to unwind after school, shared fruit and drinks, then free choice of what to explore – from crafts, construction and sports to themed outings in the city. Pedagogical staff member Sharon says: “Every day is different, yet we offer your child a steady routine.” Our spacious rooms are right next to the school, making the transition safe and quick. We collect children directly from their classroom and bring them back at pick-up time. Groups are small and age-based, ensuring every child receives the attention they deserve. Food, drinks, extra activities, excursions and theme weeks are all included in the hourly rate; parents never need to bring anything extra. Children and parents experience Singeltuin as a familiar place: familiar faces, personal contact and a listening ear. At the same time we benefit from the professionalism of Kober – a large, experienced organisation connecting more than 200 locations across West-Brabant. Through the Parent App we keep you updated daily with a photo or a short message, so you can still feel part of the day. In short, at Singeltuin children are given the space to be themselves, discover new talents and grow up together with peers in a safe, homely environment right in the heart of the city.
