Shuttle

BSO Shuttle is a colorful after-school care location operated by Kind en Co, situated on the first floor of Apollo 11 primary school at Ten Veldestraat 100 in De Meern. We provide care for 66 children aged 4 to 12 years in two welcoming spaces. One room features a play area along with reading and building corners, while the other serves as a dedicated arts and crafts room. Additionally, we have access to a play hall and a large outdoor playground with play equipment where children can run and play freely. Every day we offer a varied activity program. Children can choose to participate in arts and crafts or sports and games activities, or simply enjoy free play. During school holidays we organize themed weeks and regularly plan excursions. No child will ever be bored at BSO Shuttle! Our pedagogical approach is based on the Pedagogical Heart of Kind&co ludens. We believe it's essential that children feel comfortable and have fun, as this forms the foundation for development. We give children confidence and space to explore and be curious. For us, play equals discovery and learning, which is why we actively provide an inspiring and challenging environment. Our after-school care is like a mini-society where we care for each other and the world around us. BSO Shuttle is open during school holidays from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We work in small-scale groups, allowing us to give personal attention to each child. Our location is easily accessible and safe, located within the Apollo 11 school building.
