Welcome to Sport BSO Het Spectrum by Second Home Childcare, located in the heart of the Regenboog neighbourhood in Almere-Buiten. Our after-school care facility is housed within primary school Het Spectrum at Regenboogweg 47. We provide children aged 4 to 13 with a sporty, safe and familiar place where they can be completely themselves after school. We believe that movement and sports play an important role in children's development. Therefore, we organise an active and creative leisure programme every day with sports and games at the centre. Our professional pedagogical staff provide structured care that focuses on both group processes and the individual development of each child. To make it as easy as possible for parents, we offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service. We collect children from the connected primary schools after school and safely bring them to our location. At the end of the childcare session, we also bring the children home again. This way, parents don't have to worry about logistics. Every day, we serve a fresh, warm meal specially prepared for children. The meals are healthy, varied and meet the nutritional needs of active children. We naturally take into account any dietary requirements or allergies. Our BSO is equipped with all necessary facilities for a pleasant afternoon. Children can let off steam in our sports room, get creative in the craft corner or simply relax with friends. We work with horizontal groups, allowing children of similar ages to play and learn together. At Second Home Childcare, we value transparency.
