Welcome to Second Home Kinderopvang – De Bikkels, our cheerful after-school care located at Randstad 21 45 in Almere. We provide care for up to 46 school-going children aged 4 to 12. As part of Second Home Kinderopvang, one of the largest after-school care providers in Almere, we work daily with about 90 primary schools in the city. Our qualified staff pick up the children personally from school in our safe minibuses, so parents can be sure their child arrives safely with us. At De Bikkels we focus on a warm and trusted second home. We offer an all-in concept: a fresh hot meal, healthy snacks and drinks are included. Our activities are also all-in: music and dance lessons, sports and games, creative craft projects and regular excursions to fun destinations in and around Almere. During school holidays and study days we provide “whole-day care”, so children can enjoy our programme all day long. Safety and transparency are important to us. Each group has fixed, qualified staff with valid first-aid certificates. The location is equipped with camera surveillance and a personal access code for parents.
