SDK Regenboog

Welcome to SDK Regenboog, our daycare center located on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated complex at Noordendijk 250A in the heart of Dordrecht. We share the building with the Regenboog School of H3O, creating a special dynamic where young children grow up in a real living environment. Our location is open, bright and atmospherically decorated with soft colors that radiate peace and security. At SDK Regenboog, we provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in three specially designed groups. For the little ones, we have two baby groups: the Droplets and the Snowflakes, where children aged 0-2 have all the space to sleep, play and discover in a safe environment. Our toddler group the Clouds welcomes children aged 2-4 who are preparing for elementary school. What truly makes our location unique is our mega water playground, an indoor water area where children can play with water and discover different water elements throughout the year. From our central hall, we have direct access to a beautiful natural playground where children can romp, explore and play in the fresh air. We work with overarching themes according to Uk & Puk, a recognized preschool education program that stimulates the development of young children in a playful way. Our pedagogical staff provide a warm and stimulating environment where children can color and craft, while we also regularly read books. Sometimes our own 'Jet Book Fun' even comes by with her book suitcase to take the children into the wonderful world of stories. The children receive tasty and healthy food and drinks with us, so they are well cared for throughout the day. When children need to recover from all the impressions, they can take a nap in our quiet sleeping areas. We believe it's important that each child can develop at their own pace, while we stimulate natural curiosity and the drive to discover.
