SDK Beregoed

Welcome to SDK Beregoed, located in the lively Sterrenburg district at Noorderkroonstraat 164 in Dordrecht. Since 1987 we have provided warm, professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4. Our day-care centre has eight groups: four baby groups for children 0-2 years – the Little Bears, Cuddle Bears, Koala Bears and Panda Bears – and four toddler groups for children 2-4 years – the Big Bears, Polar Bears, Teddy Bears and Cuddly Bears. Each group has its own homely atmosphere and play materials tailored to the age and interests of the children. We follow the recognised Uk & Puk educational programme. Puk is present in the group every day and invites the children to develop language and understanding through play. Our spacious, bright rooms open directly onto a rich outdoor area. When the weather is nice we slide the doors open so that inside and outside flow seamlessly together. In the garden children can enjoy challenging play at the sand and water table, walk across the unique sensory path or have adventures among the bamboo shrubs. For the very youngest we keep to the familiar home rhythm as much as possible; they can take a quiet nap in a separate sleeping area whenever needed. Our team of dedicated pedagogical professionals is ready every day with personal attention. We believe every child should feel safe and seen, so they can discover, grow and shine.
