Welcome to Atalenta KDV Schatkist, located at De Korenbloem 2 in Budel. We are a small-scale daycare centre offering a safe and nurturing environment for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. As part of Atalenta – an enthusiastic and ambitious organisation for childcare and education – we work closely with preschool Schatkist and primary school De Schatkist. This ensures a continuous development path from 0 to 13 years within one familiar setting. At KDV Schatkist, we focus on calmness, structure, and personal attention. We operate with horizontal age groups, providing care tailored to each developmental stage. Our qualified staff create a warm, homely atmosphere where every child feels seen and valued. We follow the Early Childhood Education (VVE) programme, which supports language and speech development through play and prepares children for their next step into preschool and later primary school. Creative development is a key part of our daily routine. We sing together, make music, and engage in arts and crafts using a variety of materials. Activities are designed to match the world of young children and support their imagination, fine motor skills, and social development. Outdoor play is also a regular part of the day, giving children space to move and explore their surroundings. We believe in strong parent involvement and maintain open, transparent communication.
