Schatduikers

Welcome to BSO Schatduikers, located in the Brede School Het Kroonjuweel at Kroonjuweel 9 in Oost-Souburg. We provide after-school care, holiday care and care on study days for children aged 4 to 12. As part of Stichting Kinderopvang Walcheren, we ensure professional and safe out-of-school care. After a long day at school, relaxation starts here. We begin with a shared moment to enjoy some food and drinks, giving everyone a chance to unwind. Then it’s time for play and fun. Our younger BSO group loves to puzzle or get creative in the arts-and-crafts or construction corner. Older children challenge each other to exciting board games such as checkers or goose. Outdoor time is just as important as indoor activities. We have our own outdoor area with climbing frames, a large swing and plenty of space to play football. We also regularly walk to the playground around the corner. In addition, we work with four fixed themes: sports & games, arts & culture, technology and nature. We organise fun activities around these themes, but children are of course free to choose what they want to do. During school holidays we always turn it into a real party, with extra outings and special activities. We are also here before school starts. Our before-school care (VSO) is open from 7:30 am until school begins, allowing parents to get to work on time while the children start the day in a playful way. With a maximum capacity of 83 children and a homely atmosphere, everyone quickly feels at home at BSO Schatduikers.
