Welcome to SaamnLeuk, our daycare centre located at Schoolstraat 12 in the heart of Bedum. We provide professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and secure environment. Our small-scale approach – with a maximum of 12 childcare places – allows us to give every toddler and baby the personal attention they deserve. SaamnLeuk is part of Sturing & Risteruw V.O.F. and has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 17 August 2020 under LRK number 200730794. This registration ensures that we meet all legal quality requirements and GGD guidelines. Our location is situated on the ground floor of CBS De Regenboog, allowing children to grow up in a familiar school environment that seamlessly connects to their future primary school years. The three core values central to our pedagogical approach are compassion, connection, and autonomy. We believe that children develop optimally when they feel safe and seen. Therefore, we work with fixed pedagogical staff who build a warm relationship with your child. Due to the small group size, we can respond to the individual needs of each child and support development on a personal level. Our space is designed with various development corners that invite play and discovery. We provide quiet sleeping areas for the youngest children and a safe outdoor space where children can move and explore nature. The play areas are tailored to the age and developmental stage of the children, using natural materials and colours that radiate calmness.
