Welcome to Ús Boartersplakje B.V. / sport BSO in Frieschepalen. We are a small-scale after-school care facility located at Boskdobbe 2, offering a sporty and safe place for up to 19 children aged 4 to 12 after school hours. Since 4 July 2024 we have been registered in the National Childcare Register under number 360237587, allowing parents to apply for childcare allowance. When children arrive at our sports BSO they first get time to unwind from the school day and share their stories with us. Afterwards a varied programme of sports activities begins. Movement and play are central: we use the gym, the schoolyard and the surrounding area to play football, dodgeball, run, climb and try out creative sports and games. Our pedagogical staff guide the children actively so that every child can participate at his or her own level and have fun. We believe that children flourish best in a familiar environment. Our group is small and the staff are familiar faces. We provide calm and structure, but also room for personal initiative. Our motto is ‘nothing is compulsory and everything is allowed’: children choose whether to join the sports activity or take a moment to relax with a book or a quiet game. On study days and during holidays we expand the programme with extra sports outings and clinics. Parents experience our care as personal and involved.
