Ruwaard 1

Welcome to Ruwaard 1, our small-scale daycare center located at Troelstrastraat 13 in Oss. We are part of AVEM Kinderopvang and provide care for up to 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. Our location is situated in the Ruwaard neighborhood, near De Elzenhoek park, providing us with a peaceful and green environment. At Ruwaard 1, we work with a VVE program (Early Childhood Education), specifically designed for toddlers. This program aims to prepare children for primary school through play-based learning. We offer 16 hours of care per week, divided over two mornings or afternoons, working in horizontal groups with children of the same age. Our pedagogical staff create a safe and stimulating environment where toddlers can play, discover and learn. We believe it's important that every child feels seen and heard. Through our small-scale setup, we can provide personal attention and respond well to the individual needs of each child. During care hours, we offer various activities that match toddler development. Think of games that stimulate language development, arts and crafts, singing and movement. We work with themes that connect to children's experiences and utilize both indoor and outdoor spaces. Ruwaard 1 has been officially registered as a daycare center since December 31, 2012, and is supervised by the GGD Hart voor Brabant. We operate according to the quality requirements of the Childcare Act and the Early Childhood Education Quality Standards Decree. Are you curious about our location?
