Peuteropvang Rozenkwarts is a certified toddler care location operated by gro-up in the Crooswijk district of Rotterdam. We are located at Isaäc Hubertstraat 151 and provide professional care for up to 31 children aged 2 to 4 years. As a toddler care facility, we specifically focus on the development of children in the toddler age group. We work closely with the adjacent Oscar Romero primary school, enabling a smooth transition from toddler care to primary education. Our pedagogical approach centers on learning through play, where we prioritize the natural curiosity and developmental needs of toddlers.
