Voorschool Kardinaal Alfrinkschool

Welcome to the Preschool of Kardinaal Alfrinkschool, located at Geuzingerbrink 74 in the Bargeres district of Emmen. We provide children aged 2.5 to 4 years with a safe and rich learning environment where they can grow through play. Our preschool is part of Kindcentrum de KAS, a collaboration between Kardinaal Alfrinkschool, De Groeiling and KMN Kind & Co, offering continuous care and education for children from 0 to 12 years. Our preschool operates with two horizontal groups of maximum 16 children each. Children can attend 16 hours of preschool education per week, divided over three sessions per group. We focus on language and speech development, social skills and school readiness. Our pedagogical staff create a stimulating environment where curiosity is sparked and children learn to play and discover together. The preschool is located in the same building as the primary school, ensuring a smooth transition to primary education. We work closely with teachers from groups 1 and 2 to optimally guide each child's development. Our Catholic identity is reflected in celebrations and daily start moments, while respecting different beliefs and cultures.
