BSO Belfort

Welcome to BSO Belfort, part of Kindcentrum Belfort located at Keurmeestersdreef 129 in Maastricht. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 years in the building of Basisschool John F. Kennedy. When school ends, the fun begins! During the time children spend with us after school, our main goal is to have fun together. We follow the Doen Kids program and organize various activities such as crafts, baking and sports. Enjoying nature is also part of our program. It's an excellent opportunity for children to discover and develop their talents. There's also time to relax and unwind. Our after-school care operates with three fixed age groups. NSO 1 consists of children aged 4 to 6 years, NSO 2 includes children from 6 to 9 years, and NSO 3 comprises children from 9 to 12/13 years. The indoor group spaces feature different play corners and provide a stimulating and inspiring environment where children can play, discover and grow to their heart's content. In addition to after-school care, we also offer morning care. Children can join us in the morning to start the day together, have breakfast if needed, and hear about the day's plans. During school holidays and free days, we provide holiday care. Children from NSO 2 and NSO 3 are then cared for at our location on Ebenistendreef (BSO Pinokkio Belfort). We believe in giving children the opportunity to discover, explore and understand the world. We achieve this by providing a challenging environment with a variety of materials and activities, both indoors and outdoors. Our pedagogical approach is outlined in our pedagogical policy plan, which explains how we shape quality care aligned with regulations and our own vision and core values.
