Road2School at Kootwijkstraat 39 in The Hague is a warm and small-scale daycare center where children aged 0 to 4 receive all the attention they deserve. We consciously work with small groups so that each child receives the personal guidance that suits them. Our team of trained pedagogical professionals is ready every day to create a safe and loving environment in which children can develop at their own pace. Everything we do revolves around the child's development. We work with themes that last 3 to 4 weeks. During this period, all activities are centered around the chosen theme. Children make a creative craft every day, we have two circle times with group activities, and we go outside every day to play and move. In bad weather, we provide an indoor gym lesson so that children always have the opportunity to release their energy. We believe it is important that children develop not only cognitively but also socially and emotionally. That is why we offer appropriate activities that match the different ages and developmental stages. Our location at Kootwijkstraat has room for up to 23 children and is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. At Road2School, every child is central. We see every child as unique, important, and welcome – with or without a backpack. Our small-scale approach ensures short waiting lists and lots of personal attention.
