2Prinsjes

Welcome to 2Prinsjes daycare, located at Prinsegracht 186 in the very centre of The Hague. Part of the 2Samen Childcare Foundation, we provide day care for babies and toddlers from 0 to 4 years. Nature experience is at the heart of our approach: our quiet green courtyard garden is a favourite spot where children can safely explore, play and grow. The youngest children have their own enclosed section of the garden, allowing each age group to enjoy the outdoors at its own pace. Besides regular day care we offer Early Childhood Education programmes that give children a solid foundation for further development and their future school career. All activities are age-specific: toddler dance, baby and toddler gym, but also quiet moments such as story time at the library or a visit to the petting zoo. We regularly organise outings to nearby playgrounds and other interesting places in the city centre. Healthy, tasty food matters to us. Every day we serve warm, halal meals prepared with fresh ingredients. Our pedagogical staff come from a variety of cultural backgrounds, making 2Prinsjes a colourful place where children learn from an early age that everyone is unique. We share stories, songs and traditions and pay attention to different holidays and customs. At 2Prinsjes we work with horizontal groups. Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are in separate rooms so that care, stimulation and activities can be tailored precisely to each child’s needs. Parents stay in touch through our Parent App, where photos, reports and daily schedules are shared.
