KDV Groningen Reitdiephaven

Welcome to KDV Reitdiephaven, a small-scale daycare center operated by Kids First in the Reitdiep district of Groningen. Our homely location is situated on the first floor of a beautiful building at Reitdiephaven 153, featuring a unique rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the harbor. We provide professional childcare for up to 14 children aged 0 to 4 years in one group called the Matroosjes. Our team consists of 2-3 dedicated childcare professionals who create a warm, safe environment together with the children. At KDV Reitdiephaven, we believe it's important for children to feel at home. Our group space is cozily decorated with bright colors and various activity corners. From the group area, children have direct access to the rooftop terrace which includes a large sandbox and a bicycle circuit. We encourage children to play outside as much as possible and discover nature. Our childcare professionals challenge children to learn new things such as making their own sandwiches, getting dressed, and toilet training. We work with small groups, allowing us to give individual attention to each child. Our location is easily accessible, near the ring road with ample parking. We are open Monday through Friday and provide a familiar place where parents can leave their children with peace of mind. Our goal is to work together with parents to ensure a safe and stimulating environment where children can develop optimally.
