Rataplan

Welcome to BSO Rataplan, located at Daltonplantsoen 6 in the Loosduinen district of The Hague. Every Wednesday and Friday our gro-up childcare team welcomes school-aged children from 4 to 12 years old. We pick the children up from primary school Bohemen Kijkduin; confident cyclists may ride ahead, while the rest walk along with our staff. The programme starts right after school. Children enjoy an immediate healthy meal, then choose from a varied range of activities: crafts, construction, sports and games, or quiet reading in our cosy corner. We consciously build self-confidence and independence; the older group already practises skills that will later help them in the Kidsclub. Parents stay involved through our parent app, where we share photos, newsletters and practical updates. Each year we host a joint gathering for parents and children so everyone gets to know each other and involvement keeps growing. Our parent committee actively contributes to the quality of care and serves as a valuable sounding board for our team. BSO Rataplan is open from 14.45 to 18.30 on school days and from 07.30 to 18.30 on study days and holidays. We look forward to a fun, safe and challenging time with your child!
