PSZ Peuterpan

Welcome to PSZ Peuterpan, located at Van Limburg Stirumlaan 2 in Vlijmen. We are a preschool that is part of Stichting Mikz Childcare and focus on children aged 2 to 4 years. In our small-scale group with a maximum of 16 children, we work with age groups so that each child receives the attention they deserve. Your toddler's development is central to our approach. We offer various play corners, each with its own theme. In the arts and crafts corner, children can let their creativity run free, while in the home corner they engage in role-play and use their imagination. The construction corner challenges them to build the tallest towers and develop their spatial insight. Our changing corner adapts to the season and theme, keeping the environment surprising and challenging. Language development is a key focus within our preschool. We provide daily language activities in various ways, as we believe that good language skills make children socially and emotionally stronger. This also forms the basis for a smooth transition to primary school. We work closely with the school's internal supervisor, the consultation bureau, speech therapists and physiotherapists - always in consultation with parents. Our parents are actively involved in the preschool. Together we organize the annual carnival parade, where we parade through the streets with decorated carts. We also visit the library annually with parents and children to stimulate the love for books and stories. As a parent, you are always welcome to join in the group activities. We offer pre-school education (VVE), focused on preventing language and developmental delays. Our pedagogical staff are specialized in guiding toddlers and create a safe, familiar environment in which your child can develop optimally. Are you curious?
