Welcome to Prokino Kiekeboe! Schalkhaar, our daycare centre located right in the heart of Schalkhaar. We provide care for children from 3 months to 4 years in a homely setting that feels as much like home as possible: familiar daily rhythms, friendly faces and plenty of warmth. Our location has a maximum capacity of 60 places and works with vertical groups. This means babies, toddlers and preschoolers play and learn together. The youngest benefit from what the older children can already do, while the older ones learn to be caring and patient. Every age receives exactly the attention it needs: from reading picture books with a pedagogical professional to crafting, dancing and romping in our naturally challenging discovery garden. Outdoor play is just as important to us as indoor activities. In the discovery garden children can burn off energy, explore nature and share adventures together. For naps we have special Lutje Potje Baby Cabins; sleeping outdoors is also an option. In this way every child gets the rest it needs, following the same rhythm used at home. We work closely with primary schools in the area, making the transition to school easier and smoother for your toddler.
