Welcome to Prokino Ketelbinkie IJsselmonde, our daycare center located at Sportsingel 70 in Rotterdam. We provide care for up to 52 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our experienced team welcomes your child into a safe, development-focused environment where there is room for both relaxation and challenge. We work with vertical groups, where children of different ages play and learn together. This encourages social development and peer interaction. Our pedagogical staff provide a warm and stable environment every day, where your child feels safe and can grow. At our daycare, we use the VVE program ‘Uk & Puk’. This program focuses on language development, social-communication skills, and early numeracy. Through playful learning, we ensure a smooth transition to primary education. We place great emphasis on open communication with parents. There is a daily handover moment, and you can participate in 10-minute conversations, parent evenings, and the parent committee. Our building is sustainably and child-friendly designed. Inside, there is plenty of space to play and explore. Outside, we have a playground with a slide and a tunnel where children can play for hours. We regularly take trips to the nearby Twee Heuvels park and the van Brienenoordeiland nature reserve, where we walk with the children and explore nature. We offer flexible childcare options, including half days, fixed or varying days per week. Early care is available from 07:00 and extended care until 19:00. Diapers and bottle feeding are included. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00, all year round, except for public holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.
