We provide professional childcare for babies and children from 3 months to 4 years old in a homely and safe environment. Our daycare center is located at Kastanjeplein 28 and is part of Stichting Prokino Kinderopvang, an organization with over 30 years of experience in providing warm and professional childcare. At Prokino Het Kastanjeplein, your child's development and well-being are our top priorities. We offer a stimulating environment where children learn and discover through play. Our pedagogical staff are qualified and have extensive experience in caring for babies and toddlers. We work with small groups to ensure plenty of individual attention for each child. Our location features spacious, bright group areas that are furnished according to the children's ages. For the youngest ones, we have a separate baby room with quiet sleeping areas and comfortable armchairs for feeding and cuddling moments. Toddlers and preschoolers have their own play areas with fun developmental materials that match their world of experience. We believe it's important for children to also play and explore outdoors. Therefore, we have a safe outdoor space where children can romp, build sandcastles, or simply enjoy the fresh air. When the weather is nice, we spend a lot of time outside and organize activities in our garden. At Prokino Het Kastanjeplein, we follow the VVE program (Pre- and Early School Education), which provides extra stimulation for your child's development. We focus on language development, social skills, and motor development in a playful and natural way. We also take into account your child's rhythms and try to align as much as possible with the home situation. We value good communication with parents. Daily, we inform you about how your child's day went and discuss any special matters. We work with a parent portal where you can view photos and messages and easily communicate with our pedagogical staff. Prokino Het Kastanjeplein KDV is a certified childcare location with 24 childcare places. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
