Prokino Charlois KDV

Prokino Charlois KDV is located on the ground floor at Schulpweg 37 in Rotterdam-Charlois. Together with our toddler care and after-school care under one roof, we operate two vertical day-care groups at this site for up to 60 children aged 0-4. Our dedicated and enthusiastic pedagogical staff ensure that children can play to their heart’s content, explore and grow together with peers in an inviting and safe environment. We follow the Early Childhood Education programme Uk & Puk. This programme provides us with concrete activities to systematically stimulate children’s language development, motor skills and social-emotional abilities. In addition, we participate in the Rotterdam Lekker Fit programme, in which children playfully learn about healthy eating and plenty of exercise. Our large outdoor playground and the nearby green surroundings of Charlois invite daily outdoor activities; we love to explore nature or use our own garden. Flexibility is paramount. We offer both full-day and half-day care and parents can swap days whenever necessary. Nappies and bottle feeding are included in the price, allowing parents to work or study without worry. Our location is open 51 weeks a year, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:30; we are only closed between Christmas and New Year. Together with parents and our warm, collegial team, we make Prokino Charlois KDV a pleasant place where children feel safe and can develop to the fullest.
