Prokino De Blikvanger BSO

Welcome to Prokino Out-of-School Care De Blikvanger, located inside primary school Wolderweide at Biezenplein 4 in the Drielanden district of Harderwijk. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13, offering both challenge and relaxation once lessons are over. Because we are literally housed in the school, we are closely involved in school life and make full use of the available facilities, including the spacious schoolyard where children play outside every day. De Blikvanger has two cosy, dedicated rooms that give plenty of space to play, relax or be active. We believe every child should be free to choose what he or she wants to do that afternoon, so we provide quiet corners as well as a wide range of activities. Our qualified pedagogical staff are on hand to guide, inspire and support children whenever needed. Our regular activity programme is delivered through DOENKids!, a scheme developed especially for out-of-school care that is packed with sports and games. Expect team games, creative challenges and movement activities that invite children to play and work together. We also make grateful use of Wolderweide’s large playground, where we play football, tag or simply enjoy being outside. We work from Prokino’s core values: together, enterprise and growth. This means we create a safe, familiar environment together with parents, the school and the children, where every child can be themselves. We give children room to discover new things, make friends and develop at their own pace. No two afternoons at De Blikvanger are ever the same, but every day is a celebration.
