Welcome to POV Kinderwoud 't Bynt in the heart of Boornbergum! Our daycare center at Westerbuorren 1 provides a warm, safe environment for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. As part of Kinderwoud, an organization with over 75 locations throughout Friesland, we stand for security, individuality and self-development. Everything we do revolves around learning through play. Our qualified pedagogical staff create a colorful play-and-learn environment where your child can develop optimally. We pay attention to the unique personality of each child and tailor our approach to your child's character and developmental stage. A special feature of our location is that we work multilingually. We speak both Dutch and Frisian to stimulate children playfully in their language development. This multilingual approach not only promotes language skills but also social and intellectual development. We collaborate with SFBO (Sintrum Frysktalige Berne-opfang) in this. For children with a different native language, we use the concept of 'comfort language'. As a parent, you can provide specific words from your native language that we use when your child is sad or needs to adjust. This creates an even more personal and secure atmosphere for your child.
