Welcome to daycare Bommes, a warm and small-scale location of Stichting Kindercentra Gorinchem located at Ganzenwei 10 in Gorinchem. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely atmosphere where every child is given the space to develop at their own pace. Our experienced pedagogical staff work in a vertical group, where babies, toddlers and preschoolers play and learn together. At Bommes, we believe personal attention and a familiar environment are very important. We follow your child's daily rhythm and tailor our activities accordingly. Learning through play is central: we paint on real easels, take trips to the park or visit the bird and mammal shelter De Mikke. Outdoor play is a fixed part of the day. Our large garden offers plenty of opportunities for discovery: splashing with water, sliding, cycling and romping in the sandbox. In summer we eat outside at the picnic table and enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables. We work with early childhood education (VE) and use a parent app through which you receive photos and can follow the daycare diary digitally. Flexible childcare hours and half-days are possible, so our care fits your family situation. There is daily room for parent contact and we regularly schedule parent meetings. At Bommes, your child feels at home and is given every opportunity to grow and flourish.
