Potje Knor Dommeldal KDV is part of Dalton Kindcentrum Dommeldal in Geldrop, together with primary school De Dommeldal. Our daycare centre is located at Beneden Beekloop 93C and offers care for up to 24 children aged 0 to 4 years. We operate in a single vertical group, where children of different ages play and learn together. This small-scale setup creates a homely and familiar atmosphere, with consistent pedagogical staff who know and guide the children well. Our location is situated directly next to the primary school and is accessible via the school playground. Through a natural outdoor play area, children reach our daycare, where they can play in a safe and stimulating environment. We work thematically, aligned with the children's world of experience. These themes are coordinated with the toddler programme and the primary school, creating a continuous developmental line. For children who will attend De Dommeldal primary school from age 4, there is already the opportunity from age 3 to get acquainted with school in a playful way. Toddlers can join the start group to familiarise themselves with the classroom, teacher and school routines. This ensures a smooth transition to primary school and provides extra challenge for toddlers who are ready for it. Our daycare is small-scale and manageable, with familiar faces and a clear structure. We offer a secure place with ample room for development and discovery.
