Polderpeuters bij Boer Bert

Polderpeuters bij Boer Bert is a small-scale daycare centre that has been located on the organic farm Boer Bert at ’s-Gravensloot 14 in Kamerik since 2021. We provide care for up to 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4 years. Because our childcare is situated right in the middle of the farm, the children grow up in a versatile, natural play-learning and living environment. The children are part of daily farm life: they can observe the cows, chickens and other animals up close, help in the vegetable garden and play in the spacious outdoor area that the polder offers. The farm is an active organic dairy farm with about 280 cows and 250 chickens, so there is always something to experience. Our goal is to let children discover through play how food grows, how animals live and how nature works. We work with horizontal age groups, allowing children to play and learn with peers. The daycare is open from Monday to Friday and operates exclusively with half-days, perfectly tailored to the needs of toddlers and their parents.
