PO/KDV Baloe Weremere

Welcome to PO/KDV Baloe Weremere, our daycare center in the heart of Wormer. We are located in our own wing of Weremere primary school at Kameelstraat 26, a place we affectionately call 'De Spil' (The Hub). Here we provide daycare for babies and toddlers in two separate groups: the baby group 'Butterflies' for children aged 0-2 years and the toddler group 'Caterpillars' for children aged 2-4 years. Our location is spacious and accommodates up to 40 children. We work with horizontal groups, where babies and toddlers have separate spaces fully tailored to their developmental stage. The baby group has quiet sleeping areas and safe play corners, while the toddler group offers more challenging play and learning areas. We provide preschool education (VE) from 2.5 years onwards, stimulating children's development in language, numeracy, motor skills and social-emotional development. We do this according to a structured program that connects with the world of experience of young children. Parents are actively involved in their child's development process. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. We serve organic and responsible meals and snacks. Our experienced pedagogical staff are ready every day to provide your child with a warm and loving second home.
