Poespas

Poespas is a BSO (after-school care) location run by Junis Kinderopvang, situated inside the Alphense Montessorischool at Preludeweg 15, Alphen aan den Rijn. We provide before-school care for children aged 4 to 12 from the Montessorischool, J.P. Sweelinckschool and Op Maat. After-school care is offered for children aged 4 to 7 from the same schools. Our location has a homely atmosphere with cosy corners where children can play, read a book or simply relax. We work closely with the Montessorischool and share the same vision and educational approach. Our activity programme is designed to be flexible: children choose what they want to do each day. We base activities on the children’s interests and needs, offering guidance and encouragement when required. Before school starts, children are welcome from 07:30 in our Breakfast Club. We enjoy a calm breakfast together and then play until it is time to walk to school. During school holidays Poespas is open from 07:00 to 18:30; during term time from 07:30 to 18:00.
