Welcome to PO Norlandia childcare, location ’t Kruimeltje, situated at Kerkendijk 81 in the heart of Someren. As part of the nationwide Norlandia organisation, we have been providing small-scale, professional childcare for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 since 2012. Our setting is located within primary school St. Jozef, allowing your child to become familiar with the school environment at an early age and making the transition to primary school much smoother. We believe that children discover the world best through play. Therefore, we offer a safe, homely and green environment in which every child is given the space to grow at his or her own pace. Whenever the weather permits – and that is almost always – we head outside. Our spacious garden invites children to romp, explore and play with natural materials. Indoors, there is also plenty to experience: in the home corner, construction area and language/book corner, we challenge children to experiment through play and let their imagination run free. Our pedagogical team consists of qualified childcare professionals who combine warm care with professional guidance. We work with horizontal groups, so your child is surrounded by peers and activities are tailored to his or her developmental level. In addition, we offer pre-school education (VE), which playfully stimulates your child’s language, numeracy and social skills. For extra movement and fun, we regularly use the school’s gymnasium.
