Pjuttewille

Peuteropvang Pjuttewille, also known as the Oudemirdum playgroup, is located inside primary school De Walikker in the centre of Oudemirdum. In this cosy, well-organised space we care for up to 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4. The room is arranged into inviting activity corners: a home corner where imagination can run free, a construction corner to develop motor skills and creativity, and a craft corner where little hands can paint, cut and glue. At the large group table we eat, talk, play and read together—moments of connection and fun. Our own fenced playground is right outside the door. Here children can safely run, climb, ride trikes or build sandcastles in the sandbox. Outdoor play is as important as indoor activities; it supports physical development and helps children experience the natural world around them. Pjuttewille is part of SKIK Kinderopvang. Our core values are attention, growth and enjoyment. We offer bilingual care (Dutch and Frisian) and are certified by Sintrum Frysktalige Berne-opfang (SFBO). Our stable, professional team provides a predictable daily rhythm in which every child feels seen and valued. Parents are always welcome to visit for a tour and an introduction; we love showing you how your child will grow with joy at Pjuttewille.
