Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Piratenland in Westmaas. Here your child playfully prepares for primary school. Come visit our beautiful location and you will immediately understand why children feel at home here so quickly. Kinderdagverblijf Piratenland is ideal for several reasons. We share our space with primary schools CSG de Weerklank and OBS de Vlashoek, which makes it easy for your child to get used to primary school. Inside our building it is great fun. As soon as you enter, a smile appears on your face thanks to the stuffed animals on the wall. Your child picks his or her favourite animal and can play with it. The groups have a cosy atmosphere and all materials are at child height, so everyone can get started by themselves. And if your child wants to play at the table, that is of course also possible. We prefer to play outside every day. That is fun and super healthy. We use the lovely outdoor area of the primary schools, so your child can play to his heart's content. Think of climbing on the pirate ship, baking cakes in the sandbox, sliding down the slide, swinging with friends or cycling on the bike cart. We also love playing in the park opposite the BSO. Besides the regular activities, we also participate in many special moments and days. For example, Mud Day, Outdoor Play Day and Water Day. The Toddler Four-Day Walk is also a favourite of many children, when we enjoy walking together. But of course we try to make every day special. For example, by taking a nice walk in the park with the cart, doing gymnastics in the corridor or by asking the pupils from group 8 of the schools to come and read aloud.
