Welcome to Pinokkio Daycare at Tuinlaan 60 in Schiedam. Since 1997 we have been providing familiar, small-scale childcare on this very spot for children aged 0 to 4. Our homely premises accommodate up to 69 children, divided into clearly defined age groups: baby groups for 0-1.5 years, toddler groups for 1-3 years and pre-schoolers for 2-4 years. This way every child receives the attention and stimuli that match his or her stage of development. We work with fixed group leaders and one permanent substitute; an unfamiliar face is never suddenly placed in the group. This gives both child and parent peace of mind. Flexibility is one of our core values: you can bring your child from 05:00 to 18:00, for either half or full days. Parents who only know their work schedule at short notice can usually still find a place – “Call today, care tomorrow” is not an empty promise with us. At lunchtime everyone sits down together for a fresh, hot meal, ensuring the children get enough energy even on long days. Feel free to come and experience the atmosphere without obligation; just call ahead and we will gladly give you a tour of our rooms and our secure outdoor space.
