Welcome to BSO Pinkeltjesland at Schonebergerweg 7 in Rotterdam. Since 1997 we have offered loving care in a safe and inspiring place where school-age children can relax and develop after school. Our after-school care is part of Kinderopvang Pinkeltjesland B.V. and is located in a modern, child-friendly building with its own outdoor play area and direct access to the adjacent city playground Binnenste Buiten. We work with one clear BSO group for a maximum of 11 children. Thanks to this small scale we truly know every child and can focus all our attention on their needs. Our pedagogical staff – all holding at least an MBO diploma in Social Pedagogical Work level 3 or 4 and a Certificate of Good Conduct – create a warm, safe atmosphere every day where children can be themselves. Structure and calm are central to us. Each afternoon starts with a shared, freshly prepared hot meal made by our own hostess. Afterwards there is room for relaxation, homework guidance and varied activities linked to monthly themes. We go outside every day; playing in our garden or exploring the playground, because outdoor exercise is just as important to us as indoor play. Parents stay informed about the day through our Flex app and can always get in touch. Together with you – the expert on your child – we ensure a smooth transition from school to the BSO and that your child comes to Pinkeltjesland with a smile.
