BSO Gulden Bodem

BSO Gulden Bodem is located in the beautifully renovated children's center Gulden Bodem at Zijpendaalseweg 163 in Arnhem. Since summer 2020, we have been providing Christian after-school care for up to 34 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our BSO is part of Stichting KOALAH, which provides care aligned with the Bible-faithful primary schools of the CorDeo school group. We are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. During school weeks, we welcome children from 3:05 PM to 6:20 PM. In eight of the twelve vacation weeks, we offer full-day care from 8:15 AM to 6:20 PM. On school study days that fall on our BSO days, we open additionally. This study day care is not included in the contract and parents can choose this separately. Our BSO is housed in a spacious, homely and 'green' designed space within the children's center. Outside, we have challenging, natural playgrounds where children can enjoy themselves. Additionally, there are a park and sports field in the immediate vicinity of the BSO. We work with vertical groups, where children aged 4 to 12 sit together in one group. With sufficient registrations, we open a second group, with placement by age. Our Christian identity, quality and continuous line in upbringing make our BSO unique. We connect both in content and practice with primary school CKC Gulden Bodem, which adds value to children's development.
