PeuterStart Korenmolen

PeuterStart Korenmolen is located in the brand-new child centre at Ploegerf 3 in Benthuizen. As a day-care centre we provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4. Our pedagogical team works closely with primary schools OBS Bentwijzer and School with the Bible under one roof, ensuring a smooth and familiar transition from baby and toddler time to primary education. Everything we do centres on safety, trust and development in one’s own way. The very youngest play and sleep in an enclosed experience garden full of discoveries. The garden offers tranquillity, natural materials and plenty of space for crawling, standing and taking first steps. We use horizontal groups, so your child meets peers and activities are tailored to his or her stage of development. PeuterStart Korenmolen offers pre-school education (VE). Our activities stimulate language and speech development, motor skills and social abilities in a playful manner. We sing, read aloud, make music and explore the garden. In this way we prepare your child for primary school while playing. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07.30 to 18.30. Half-day sessions are possible; you can choose a morning or afternoon programme. For early birds, care from 07.00 is negotiable via our Planning and Advice department. You can register as soon as the expected date of birth is known. Our staff will contact you to discuss the options and arrange a personal tour.
