Welcome to PeuterStart De Lapjeskat, our daycare centre located in the Oude Ambachtenbuurt neighbourhood of Alphen aan den Rijn. Operating under parent organisation Junis, we provide care for children aged 0 to 4 in a homely and secure setting. We use horizontal grouping so every child has space to develop at their own pace. Exploration is at the heart of what we do. Indoors and outdoors are designed for curious play and discovery. Our experience garden invites adventure with a sandbox, lawn and plenty of greenery. We regularly visit the petting farm and explore the neighbourhood, helping children learn about the world around them. Inside, a creative studio lets children craft, and a kitchen corner lets us cook and bake together. Toddlers work in age-based groups to discover their talents and learn something new every day.
