Peuterspelen De Komeet

Welcome to Peuterspelen De Komeet, part of TintelTuin, located at Neptunuslaan 1 in the heart of Krommenie. We provide professional toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years in a safe, homely environment with a maximum capacity of 16 places. Our experienced pedagogical staff guide the children with warmth and attention during their first steps towards primary school. At De Komeet we work with the recognized early childhood education program Peuterplein. This program focuses on language development, motor skills, social skills and creativity through challenging themes. We regularly go on discovery trips in the immediate vicinity – think nature excursions, playground visits and short walks – so that the children learn about the world around them in a playful way. Our group is horizontally structured, which means that all children are in the same age category. This provides peace and recognition in the daily routine. The space is furnished with different corners such as a reading corner, a construction corner and a creative corner where we craft, paint and model. We believe it is important that each child can develop at his or her own pace and therefore offer activities that match their individual interests and developmental level. During the morning, the children receive a healthy snack with fruit and drinks. We work closely with parents and take allergies or dietary requirements into account. Care is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm. Peuterspelen De Komeet is a wonderful place where children grow through play, make new friends and work towards primary school with pleasure and self-confidence.
