Kinderdagverblijf 't Kwetternest

Welcome to Peuteropvang ’t Kwetternest, located in Kindcentrum Muiderkring at Prinses Beatrixlaan 34 in Amerongen. We are a vibrant toddler care facility run by SKBNM, offering care for children aged 2 to 4. Our bright, spacious rooms open directly onto a private outdoor playground where the adventure begins. We love starting the day outside: cycling, running, hiding, climbing and scrambling are favourite morning activities. Indoors we build, cut, stick and model with clay. We sing, dance, read stories and dress up. Activities are carried out with the whole group or in smaller circles, allowing us to give each child the attention they need. Every six weeks we introduce a new theme—such as ‘Enjoy your meal!’, ‘My family and me’ or ‘Phew, it’s hot!’—and adapt our materials accordingly. Diapers are included and healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable bites are served daily. A consistent daily rhythm helps children feel secure. Parents stay informed through our secure online portal with photos and a daily log. We also provide Early Childhood Education (VE) using the Uk & Puk programme, focusing on language and social development; an indication is required for VE. We are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, 40 weeks a year, closing during school holidays and public holidays. Feel free to visit and meet our team!
