KDV Pluk Brunssum Noord

Peuteropvang Pluk Brunssum-Noord was founded in 1972 by parents in collaboration with the Municipality of Brunssum. Since 2018, we are located within primary school Titus Brandsma at De Gasperistraat 5 in Brunssum. We have a classroom, a playroom and an outdoor play area. In these spaces, we provide care for up to 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4 years. The physical space allows us to stimulate all areas of development. We use the recognized VVE method "Speelplezier", which focuses on language and speech development, social skills and motor skills through play. Each pedagogical staff member is a mentor to a number of toddlers, ensuring optimal monitoring of every child's development. Together with parents, we form a partnership in guiding the child. We offer care five mornings a week from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Additionally, toddlers from 3 years and 9 months can already join a group 1, strengthening the transition to primary school.
