Peuterspeelgroep Pippeloentje

Peuterspeelgroep Pippeloentje is located in primary school Het Kompas at Joost van den Vondelstraat 1b in Kesteren. We provide toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 in a safe and familiar environment. Our group rooms are set up with different play corners that match the children’s developmental stage. We use the VVE programme Piramide to stimulate language, motor skills and social development through play. Each morning starts with a joint circle time, where we sing the welcome song and greet every child personally. Children can then play freely in the construction corner, home corner, car corner or at the craft table. We read theme-based books and sing songs that fit the weekly theme. Fruit and water are served at the table, where we practise waiting and tidying up together. Outdoors, children use the school’s lower playground and our own green play area. They can ride bikes, climb or simply run around. We believe it is important that toddlers feel at home with us so they can grow with joy and confidence. At the end of the morning there is always time for a short hand-over chat with the parent. Peuterspeelgroep Pippeloentje is part of RivaKids and operates 40 weeks per year during school weeks.
