Peuterspeelzaal De Zuidwester

Welcome to PSZ de Zuidwester, located in primary school De Sluis at Binnendijk 198 in Lelystad. We are a professional VVE preschool where children from 2 years old are welcome. As part of GO! Kinderopvang, we are one of five talent groups in Lelystad. This means our pedagogical staff receive intensive on-the-job coaching and additional training to recognize and stimulate the different talents of each individual child. Our location features a beautiful large group space that can be divided into two smaller groups using a sliding door. We are open four mornings per week from 8:15 to 12:15. As a VVE preschool, we offer a specially developed program focused on optimal stimulation of children, with special attention to language development. We work closely with primary school De Sluis, ensuring a smooth transition to primary education. Our team consists of stable, experienced pedagogical staff with extensive knowledge about the development of children aged 2-4. We are supported by a VVE advisor/coach. We value the autonomy of individual children and have recently renovated our spaces with light and calm colors. Through the Konnect app, we keep parents informed about their child's experiences with photos and reports.
