Peuterspeelzaal de Speelgaarde

Welcome to Peuterleerplek De Speelgaarde, located at Beresteinlaan 629 in The Hague. We are part of JongLeren, the leading organisation in The Hague where toddlers aged 2.5 to 4 learn through play and develop to their full potential. Our focus is on discovery, experience and fun. Children join us two mornings and two afternoons each week. Under the expert and caring guidance of our pedagogical staff, they explore music, language and creative activities. We use the Piramide developmental programme, which connects with the world of young children and helps them, step by step, to develop their own identity. Through play, the toddlers practise social skills, language skills and self-confidence, so that they can start primary school with confidence. Our setting offers a familiar, homely atmosphere where every child feels safe and seen. We value parental involvement: parents are welcome to observe, talk and think along about their child's development. Together we ensure that every toddler gets the best possible start. Peuterleerplek De Speelgaarde also works closely with primary school Yunus Emre. This collaboration ensures a smooth transition from toddler care to primary education.
