Peuterspeelzaal De Schatkist

Peuterspeelzaal De Schatkist is centrally located in the East district of Wierden, within the building of primary school Het Galjoen. We provide toddler care for up to 14 children aged 2 to 4 years. Our location operates under Stichting De Welle and offers both regular and flexible childcare options, tailored to your needs. Children with a VE-indication (Pre-school Education) are warmly welcomed. These children receive additional support in their development, particularly in language skills. We maintain close collaboration with Het Galjoen primary school and other schools in the area to ensure a continuous developmental pathway. From the 2024-2025 school year, our opening hours align with school times. Toddlers can attend on Mondays from 8:15 AM to 2:15 PM. With sufficient interest, we will extend these longer sessions to additional days of the week. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we are open from 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM. Our team consists of regular pedagogical staff Alice and Janine, supported by substitute Jannette and pedagogical coach Jolanda. We work in horizontal age groups where children of the same age play and learn together. We warmly welcome your child to our small-scale, homely environment where development takes center stage.
