Peuterspeelzaal Catrijntje

Peuterspeelzaal Catrijntje is located at Kornetstraat 17 in Almere and is part of Stichting Vrije Peuterspeelzaal Almere (VPZA). Rooted in the anthroposophical tradition, we provide a safe, homely setting where children aged 2 to 4 can develop naturally through play. Our small group welcomes up to 16 children on fixed mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The room is furnished with natural materials, soft colours and wooden furniture that radiate calm and warmth. Rhythm, singing and seasonal celebrations are central to our approach. We open and close every morning with songs, sing around the seasonal table and celebrate traditional annual festivals. This gives children structure and helps them understand the world around them. Our naturally designed outdoor area invites exploration and outdoor play. Two qualified educators guide the children with love and attention. They follow each child’s development and, if desired, offer advice on parenting questions. Parents can exchange experiences in a relaxed atmosphere. Peuterspeelzaal Catrijntje is officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK 469658186) and provides pre-school education (VE). Registration is possible through our website.
