Peuterschool 't Stekkie

Peuterschool ’t Stekkie is located in the De Oude Boomgaard integrated community school at De Meet 1 in Nieuwe Niedorp. We provide small-scale, safe and stimulating toddler care for up to 16 children per day, aged 2 to 4 years. Our classroom is thoughtfully arranged with various play and discovery corners, allowing every child to play and grow at their own pace. We follow the Early Childhood Education programme Startblokken. Six-week themes let children learn about the world around them through play. Every day we play outside in our secure garden, where children can run, climb and burn off energy. Our experienced pedagogical staff give plenty of individual attention and create a warm, positive atmosphere where fun and safety come first. Parents who need longer care can use extended toddler care until 13:45. Children can then enjoy lunch together at school. We work closely with primary schools De Mient and Sint Antoniusschool. Toddlers and kindergartners occasionally play together, making the transition from toddler to kindergarten class a natural, familiar step.
