Peuterschool Leyenburg

Peuterschool Leyenburg is a warm, Christian preschool where children aged 2 to 4 learn and grow through play in a safe and familiar environment. We are part of Kindcentrum Leyenburg, a unique place where childcare, preschool and primary school work together under one roof, ensuring a smooth developmental line from toddler to teenager. Our preschool offers a rich and structured play-and-learn program that fully connects with primary education. We work with horizontal groups, allowing children to play and learn with peers. Children attend two mornings and two afternoons per week and are guided by qualified pedagogical staff. Playing together, sharing, listening, singing and crafting are central. We use the same play-and-learn program as the primary school we collaborate with, so your child becomes familiar with school routines from an early age. Everything revolves around the joy of learning. We sing songs, read picture books and craft with various materials. The spacious, bright classrooms are equipped with different play areas that invite exploration and imaginative play. Our safe indoor garden offers plenty of space for outdoor play and movement. As a Christian preschool, Bible stories and Christian values form a familiar foundation in our daily interaction with children. We pay attention to seasons and celebrations within the Christian faith and teach children respect for each other and the world around them. Peuterschool Leyenburg is officially registered as a daycare center and accommodates up to 16 children. We are affiliated with Stichting Christelijk Onderwijs Haaglanden (SCOH) and work according to the highest quality standards.
